President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa received Egyptian Ambassador to Bahrain Yasser Shaban.

The meeting discussed enhancing cultural cooperation between the two countries.

She praised the Egyptian presence in the annual cultural programs, the 16th Spring of Culture Festival, the birth of the Arab traveler Ibn Battuta anniversary festival, and Arab Tourism Day.

The ambassador appreciated BACA’s work to enrich cultural relations between the two countries, expressing his readiness for cooperation to implement culture projects and programs.
