Bahrain condemned the terrorist bombing that took place near a Chinese institute at the University of Karachi in southern Pakistan, which led to a number of deaths and injuries.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed the Kingdom’s solidarity with Pakistan against violence, extremism and terrorism, renewing its firm stance and rejecting such criminal acts, which are inconsistent with all religious principles, moral and humanitarian values, that aim to destabilize security and stability.
The ministry expressed Bahrain’s sincere condolences and sympathy to the governments and peoples of Pakistan and China, and to the families of the victims, wishing for a speedy recovery for all the injured.
It called on the international community to intensify cooperation in eliminating the phenomenon of terrorism in all its forms and drying up its financial and intellectual sources.
