Coast Guard Commander Brigadier Jassim Mohammed Al Ghatam has inaugurated the 15th vessel captains course at the Maritime Training Wing.The Coast Guard commander affirmed that the course and its outcome will contribute to boosting the efficiency of the Coast Guard personnel.He noted that the course will last 13 weeks and that it will be divided into two stages, the first will be theoretical while the second is practical.
