HM King attends reception hosted by HM King Charles III; affirms depth of Bahrain-UK relations

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, accompanied by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today attended the reception hosted on the eve of the Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Head of the Commonwealth.Heads of countries’ delegations and royal families attended the reception, held today at Buckingham Palace.

HM King Hamad exchanged cordial talks with HM King Charles III on the depth of the robust long-standing friendly relations between the two royal families and countries, affirming the steady growth of the historical ties between the two kingdoms across various fields.

HM the King expressed pride in the role played by HM King Charles III in consolidating the flourishing bilateral relations for the benefit of the two countries and their peoples, wishing HM abundant health and happiness to continue leading his country’s progress march.

HM the King affirmed his pride in the historical relations and close partnership between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom, noting that bilateral relations have always been based on solid foundations of friendship and mutual appreciation, adding that Bahrain always looks forward to enhancing its strategic ties with the UK, as well as bolstering cooperation, coordination and joint action with it to serve their common interests.

HM King Charles III expressed thanks and appreciation to HM King Hamad, praising HM’s great role in strengthening the pillars of bilateral relations and enhancing the level of the deep-rooted Bahrain-UK cooperation.
