First:

The Director-General of Energy Efficiency (with the rank of Assistant Undersecretary), who shall oversee:

1-  The Directorate of Energy Efficiency and Central Cooling.

2-  The Directorate of Renewable Energy and Research.

Second:

The Directorate of Public and International Relations.

The Minister of Electricity and Water Affairs shall implement the decree, which takes immediate effect and will be published in the Official Gazette.
