The Assistant Secretary-General (with the rank of Assistant Undersecretary), who shall oversee:

1-  The Directorate of Research and Policies.

2-  The Directorate of Academic Services.

3-  The Directorate of Accreditation and Licensing

The Minister of Education shall implement the decree, which becomes effective immediately, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
