The ceremony, which was hosted in the Kingdom of Bahrain, was organized by the Arab Parliament, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, in the presence of prominent personalities, heads of Arab parliament and representatives of Arab and international organisations and civil society institutions.
They conveyed to HM the King greetings from leaders of the countries, wishing HM the King abundant health and happiness and the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people further progress and prosperity.

HM the King hailed the launch of the document for the development of the educational system in the Arab world, in line with global changes and developments in this vital sector and promoting common Arab interests.
He praised the strong historical relations binding Bahrain and their countries, noting growing cooperation in all fields, especially at the parliamentary and legislative levels, in order to achieve common goals and interests to serve the nation’s issues and develop education in Arab countries.
HM the King highlighted Bahrain’s pioneering educational achievements spanning more than a hundred years, praising the efforts of the Ministry of Education and all its affiliates and the development plans and programs it implements to advance the educational process in the Kingdom.
He stressed Bahrain’s support for all efforts that contribute to promoting joint Arab action and serving the interests of the Arab nation to meet the aspirations of its brotherly peoples for further development and development.
The heads of Arab parliaments expressed deepest thanks and gratitude to HM the King, hailing Bahrain’s contributions to the success of the conference. They lauded HM the King’s initiatives and support to the Arab Parliament, hailing Bahrain’s development strides.
