His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received a congratulatory cable from His Excellency Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, on the occasion of the International Day of Parliamentarism, observed annually on June 30.
