In the 1950s, the company’s inception was a mere idea of two people: Mr. Ebrahim Al Arrayed and Mr. Abdul Ameer Ali Salem Al Arrayed. Their great passion brought about its life and growth.
After the demise of Mr. Ebrahim Al Arrayed, his sons continued to carry the torch under the management of Mr. Abdul Ameer.

Mr Abdul Ameer exerted countless hours and effort into teaching his sons what they had to know in order to continue the development process.

Al Arrayed Logistics worked robustly to become one of leading companies in heavy land transportation in the region. Their legacy is enriched by the increasing number of prestigious clients who continue to put their trust in the services of Al Arrayed Logistics. 
- The establishment of the GCC for the Arab Gulf States on May 1981, directly contributed in the consolidation of the company’s efforts. The opening of the Gulf borders had positively impacted the free transport of goods amongst the GCC countries. This cooperation not only created a bond amongst the peoples of the region, it also strengthened relationships socially and economically for a better future of the peoples of the Gulf.

The opening of the King Fahad Causeway on 25th November 1986 was the beginning of a new era for Al Arrayed Logistics, opening a lot of potential for land transportation to other G.C.C. states and other Arab countries.

In light of this new era, Mr. Abdul Ameer Ali took full ownership of Al Arrayed Logistics in 2005 and reorganized the management.

The new management made a great impact on the company, gradually becoming a transport company to be reckoned with in the field of heavy land transportation.

The new management embarked on building its fleet of trucks and heavy equipment, trebling the size of the work load in last few years.

Mr. Abdul Ameer’s vision is to evolve into a company that believes in diligent, hard work, along with the history that brought the company into existence.

More than 40 years have passed since the establishment of Al Arrayed Logistics. A major factor that contributes to the success of the company is attributed to the hard work and impeccable performance of its employees.

Upon taking full ownership of the company, Mr. Abdul Ameer Al Arrayed introduced other significant changes to keep pace with the changes in the market. Al Arrayed Logistics aspires not only to maintain its current leading position, but also to be one of the most prominent companies of heavy transport in Bahrain and the Arabian Gulf.
