MSCEB provides architectural services for all facilities. The talented, experienced team of Architects, known for its highly imaginative skills, adopts a practical approach in conceptual design to meet the functional requirements of a facility.

Depending upon project size, one or more proposals are prepared during the conceptual design stage, in the form of plans, elevations, 3-D colour graphics, perspective views and models, to arrive at the most suitable and cost effective design.

During the detail design stage, architects carefully plan provisions for the related services, prepare sectional elevations, refine the conceptual plans and elevations, prepare schedules of various architectural items and prepare specifications of the materials. Detailing work is exhaustive and together with specifications, it leaves no ambiguity in the total design package.

Architects play a key role, taking the initiative, coordinating with Clients, statutory authorities and quantity surveyor and, with assistance from the other disciplines, produce a tender document. All pre contract activities are progressed and completed as per the project schedule. The Project Architect assumes the role of leader in the evolution of design through to evaluation of tenders. After award of the Construction Contract, the Project Architect continues to take part in material submittal approvals, inspection and supervision of the works.
